What we collect
To join the waitlist, we collect your email address. To use the product, we additionally collect: your account email and sign-in identity (Apple, Google, or email), photos and scans of your room that you choose to upload, your room’s dimensions, and your answers to the design questionnaire — including any notes and inspiration images you add.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to produce your design. Your photos and scans tell us what your room looks like; your answers tell us what it should become. We also keep records of designs we deliver so you can return to them, and basic operational logs to keep the service reliable.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not publish your photos or designs. The one redesign shown on our showcase page is there with its owner’s explicit permission.
- We do not use advertising trackers or third-party advertising cookies on this site.
Who processes it for us
We run on a small set of infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel and Railway (hosting), and OpenAI and Anthropic (the AI models that read your room photos and compose your design). Your photos are sent to those AI providers only to produce your design.
Retention and deletion
Your rooms, photos, and designs stay in your account until you delete them. Deleting your account in settings removes your rooms, photos, designs, and stored files. If you have questions or want help with deletion, write to us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Write to us and we will honor them. This section will be expanded with state-specific detail as part of legal review.
