Terms of service
What Aspenmere is
Aspenmere (“we”) provides AI-assisted interior design: you upload photos or scans of your room and answer a questionnaire, and we produce rendered views of your room restyled, together with a list of recommended products. Aspenmere is currently in a pre-launch beta. The service is a design recommendation tool — it is not licensed interior design, architecture, or engineering services, and it should not be relied on for structural, electrical, or building-code decisions.
Your account
You need an account to use the product. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to use Aspenmere.
Your content
Your photos, scans, and answers remain yours. You grant us the license we need to process them to produce your design — including sharing them with the AI providers who power the service — and to store the results in your account. We will not publish your content. Renderings we deliver are for your personal, non-commercial use.
Products and retailers
The products we recommend are sold by third-party retailers, not by us. We verify price and availability at the retailer and show you the date we checked, but prices and stock can change after that date, and the retailer’s listing always controls. Your purchases are transactions with the retailer under the retailer’s terms. Some retailer links are affiliate links; see our affiliate disclosure.
Renderings
Renderings are AI-generated images of your room styled with the recommended products. They are previews to help you decide — colors, scale, and details can differ from the physical products. Always check the listing.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no uploading content you don’t have rights to, no photos of people without their consent, no attempts to probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and no use of the service to build a competing dataset.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as-is while in beta. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts of third-party retailers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (during the free beta, that amount is zero).
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the product evolves; if we make material changes we will post the new terms here with a new date. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Aspenmere is organized, to be specified here on completion of legal review.
